Hello everyone… I would like to do a cooking show with you guys, about making snickerdoodles cookies… enjoy and here the recipe and i will have a video part two to show u the rest of how i make my cookies…

Snickerdoodles

½ cup shortening with ½ cup butter put in bowl together

1 ½ cups sugar

2 eggs those top 3 mix with blender in mixing bowl first thoroughly

Then get an other mixing bowl and mix

2 ¾ cups flour

2 teaspoon cream of tartar (if you want your cookies to be extra soft then you can add other half teaspoon of cream of tartar)

1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Then mix the dry stuff and add the dry stuff to the rest of the wet ingredients in the mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly you might want to cover up the dough and put in refrigerator over night since it will be sticky. Then when it cold and ready it wont be so sticky then.

Be sure to have a bowl with sugar and cinnamon already mixed, you can add however much u want

Roll dough into walnut size balls then roll into mixture of sugar with cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place roll on about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes
This makes about 3 dozen cookies

Hello everyone… I wonder what did you do on the day after you graduated high school? party? went straight to college? nothing? I went to Grants pass high school and graduated year 2002. alright let me share with you what i did? day before graduation, whole senior class i was with went on a jet boat ride on a wild Rogue River, it was fun… then on day after i graduated high school, I went with alot of senior students to a private party just for us run by the school, it was a all night party from 10pm to 5am… there, we had fake casino, mountain climbing, swimming, massages, games, and we got paid to do all those stuff, so it was neato… i made about $100 at the part lol… then next day, as i was living in Oregon, my family from Nebraska came to Oregon to come to my party, we had a party for 2 days, one at home then next day we went to beach to go crabbing so i had whole lot fun weekend… so feel free to share ur story… thanks for watching…

Hello all… how was your thanksgiving? my was good, i enjoyed my meals and pumpkin pie. Also my news is, i am moving to a bigger apt with my mom next month. so my question is, what mistakes would you not want to repeat? few i thought up, enjoy your life, don”t dwell on bad things. also in schools, i think it a mistake that they take away fun games and sports for kids during recess and less PE classes.
